Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using Eminle's Emotional Reactor and Echo chat experience (the "Service"). It exists to keep the Service safe, trustworthy, and usable for everyone.

1. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another person, or generate content intended to do so.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate the Safety Layer or other protective systems built into the Emotional Reactor.
• Use the Service to impersonate a real person without their consent, or to generate deceptive content attributed to a real individual.
• Automate abusive or excessive requests that degrade the Service for other users, including attempts to circumvent rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to generate content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Rely on the Service as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

2. Crisis situations

The Safety Layer is designed to recognize signs of crisis and respond supportively, and may direct you toward professional resources. It is not a certified crisis-response system. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line directly rather than relying on the Service.

3. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in a warning, rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of your access to the Service, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.

4. Reporting a concern

If you encounter behavior from the Service that seems unsafe, harmful, or in violation of this policy, please report it to apexile.com@gmail.com so we can investigate.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
